More from the Spirit of the Run

I believe I overheard someone say that this was the 10th year for this annual event. Regardless, I had never heard of it. Was impressed with the quality and number of cars at the event, but was terribly disappointed that home-built, traditional hot rods, low budget rat rods, etc. seem to be kept away. When you registered, you were asked to give your address. Apparently they don't distribute fliers for the event, but instead send post cards to past participates. They had about 110 cars and gave away 54 trophies, so have of the participates went home with hardware. Still more pictures to come....stay tuned.
