Well, it's been a "long time coming"...but Suede and Chrome is back! Things are really picking up around the Suede and Chrome office...our car club, The Rigtheous Rodders are in high gear getting things lined up for our May 14th charity event...the 2nd Annual Wheels for Williams. If we have great weather and everyone that plans to attend does....we will easily double our attendance last year!
We've got a couple local shows coming up before then that we are looking forward to as well...but before then, I've gotten by friend Greg Crawford's permission to post some pictures that he took this weekend at the Billetproof show in Gainsville, Florida. Greg is fortunate enough to live in an area in which it's already warm and the car show season is already in full swing. Thanks Greg for sharing your pics! And look for Greg and his killer Impala wagon among the photos. He took home the "Best Wagon" trophy at this year's event.
It's really great to see more and more traditional hot rod events popping up all over the place. If member serves me right, I believe this Billetproof event started at the Don Garlit museum, and has grown into a new location this year.
Really diggin' the suede red treatment on this Nash.
